CANADIAN AI-2006


The AI-2006 conference was a success!

The 19th conference of the Canadian Society for the Computational Studies of Intelligence was held from June 7 to June 9 in Québec city, Québec, Canada.  It has featured 47 papers that are published in Springer LNAI, volume 4013.

The best paper award went to Dave A. D. Tompkins and Holger H. Hoos for the paper entitled On the Quality and Quantity of Random Decisions in Stochastic Local Search for SAT.

The best student paper award went to Alina Andreevskaia and Sabine Bergler for the paper entitled Sentiment Tagging of Adjectives at the Meaning Level.

AI-2006 has featured three exciting talks presented by the following invited speakers:
